AdsJockey, operated by AdsJockey, is a managed marketplace that connects advertisers with media owners. We verify listings and facilitate bookings and payments, but media owners remain solely responsible for the inventory they list, including its legality, condition and availability.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate company information and keep your credentials secure. Accounts misrepresenting rates, inventory ownership or booking intent may be suspended. One legal entity per account; agencies may operate client workspaces under a single agency account.
3. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed when payment is received and the owner accepts within 48 hours. Funds are held in escrow and released to the owner 7 days after verified go-live. Listed media rates are binding; production costs and GST are itemised before checkout.
4. Cancellations
Advertisers may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before go-live for standard inventory. Within 14 days, the owner's published cancellation slab applies, and refunds follow our Refund Policy. If an owner fails to deliver a confirmed booking, the advertiser receives a full refund plus a service credit.
5. Content standards
Creative must comply with the ASCI Code and applicable law. Tobacco, gutka and surrogate liquor advertising are not accepted. Media owners may decline creative that conflicts with venue policy, in which case the booking is refunded in full.
6. Liability
The aggregate liability of AdsJockey for any booking is capped at the platform fee earned on that booking. We are not liable for indirect losses, including campaign performance falling short of estimates, which are projections and not guarantees.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana, after a mandatory 30-day good-faith resolution period.
