We collect the information you give us when you create an account, request a media plan, refer someone or list inventory: name, work email, phone number, company details and GSTIN. When you browse, we also collect device and usage data to improve recommendations.
2. How we use it
Your data is used to operate the marketplace: matching briefs with inventory, processing bookings and payouts, sending booking-related notifications, and producing anonymised market benchmarks. We do not sell personal data.
3. Sharing with counterparties
When you book a listing, the media owner receives the details needed to fulfil it. When you submit an enquiry or referral, contact details are shared only as needed to act on it.
4. Referrals
If you refer someone, you confirm you have a basis to share their details. For security and abuse prevention we log each submission together with the submitter's IP address.
5. Payment information
Card and bank details are processed by our RBI-licensed payment partners and are never stored on our servers. We retain only transaction references and invoice records as required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active and for the period required by tax and audit law. You may request export or deletion of your personal data by writing to legal@adsjockey.com.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may access, correct and erase your personal data, and nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
