This Privacy Policy explains how AdsJockey, operated by Zane Marketing ("AdsJockey", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use https://adsjockey.com and the AdsJockey platform. We are the data fiduciary for the personal data processed through the platform.

By using the platform you acknowledge the practices described here. This policy is aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

This policy applies to advertisers, agencies, Media Partners and visitors who interact with the platform. AdsJockey is a business-to-business platform and is not intended for individual consumers or anyone under 18 years of age.

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account and verification data: name, business name, email, phone, role, GST or tax identifiers, and verification details you provide to open and verify an account.
• Business and campaign data: media plans, bookings, creative, targeting choices, budgets and correspondence.
• Payment data: billing details and transaction records. Card and bank details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by us.
• Usage and device data: pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser and device information, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Communications: messages, support requests and feedback you send to us.

We collect data directly from you when you register, request a plan, book inventory or contact us; automatically through cookies and analytics when you use the platform; and from our Media Partners, payment providers and verification services in connection with your campaigns.

We use personal data to:

• create and manage your account and verify your identity;
• present listings, prepare rate cards, and process plans, bookings and payments;
• deliver, set up, optimise and report on campaigns with our Media Partners;
• communicate with you about your account, bookings, service updates and, where permitted, relevant offers;
• maintain security, prevent fraud and misuse, and enforce our Terms;
• meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations; and
• analyse and improve the platform, generally using aggregated or anonymised data.

We process personal data on the bases permitted by law, including your consent, the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate business interests in operating and securing the platform, and compliance with legal obligations. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us, without affecting processing already carried out.

We share personal data only as needed to run the platform:

• with Media Partners and platforms, to set up, deliver and report on your booked campaigns;
• with service providers such as hosting, analytics, communication and payment processors, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
• with professional advisers, auditors and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights; and
• with a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation.

We do not sell your personal data.

Campaigns run on third-party platforms are also subject to those platforms' own privacy policies and data practices, over which we have no control. We recommend you review the relevant platform's policy.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, and thereafter only as required to meet legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit and secure hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy;
• request correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request erasure of data that is no longer required;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
